Neat-o Curtains

I found these curtains online through one blog that lead to another! The colors are great but I was more intrigued by the style of curtain. It looks like a garden awning. I like it. And I don't even know how to begin to make it. Mmmm, yes, I like it. And thanks to Kendall Wilkinson Design.
